Welcome to Mapleads, a trading name of Maple & Moor Media Group Ltd. By signing up as a publisher, advertiser, or partner, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Mapleads": The affiliate network operated by Maple & Moor Media Group Ltd.
  • "Publisher": An individual or entity promoting advertisers’ offers.
  • "Advertiser": An individual or entity offering services or products promoted by publishers.
  • "User": Any individual or entity accessing or using Mapleads services.

3. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Registration and Account Management

  • Users must register with accurate and up-to-date details.
  • Passwords and account credentials must be kept confidential.
  • Mapleads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Generating false clicks or conversions.
  • Misrepresentation of promotional content.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate campaigns.
  • Tampering with tracking codes or cookies.

Any suspected fraud may result in account suspension, withholding of commissions, and legal action.

6. Approved Promotional Methods

Publishers may promote advertisers’ offers through the following methods:

  • Search Engine Marketing: Complying with advertiser-specific guidelines and avoiding trademark infringement.
  • Social Media: Sharing links and campaigns on approved platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Ensuring compliance with applicable anti-spam laws, including GDPR.
  • Website and Blog Content: Using authorized creatives and maintaining transparency.

Prohibited methods include:

  • Unsolicited spam emails.
  • False advertising or misleading claims.
  • Adult, violent, or illegal content.
  • Promoting via unauthorized platforms or methods.

7. Affiliate Tracking and Reporting

  • All campaigns will be tracked using Mapleads’ affiliate tracking system.
  • Conversions, clicks, and commissions will be recorded and visible in your account.
  • Publishers and advertisers are responsible for reviewing reports and raising discrepancies within 30 days.

8. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are calculated based on approved conversions.
  • Payments are made monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
  • Publishers must provide accurate payment details.
  • Mapleads reserves the right to withhold payments if fraud or policy violations are detected.

9. Advertiser and Publisher Obligations

  • Advertisers must provide accurate offer details, comply with campaign guidelines, and honor payouts.
  • Publishers must promote offers ethically, comply with Mapleads’ policies, and adhere to promotional restrictions.

10. Confidentiality

Users agree to keep all non-public information, such as campaign terms and payment details, confidential. Sharing such information without authorization is prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including tracking codes, banners, and creatives, remains the property of Mapleads or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Data Privacy

Users agree to comply with Mapleads’ Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, usage, and protection.

13. Liability and Indemnity

  • Mapleads is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of advertiser content.
  • Users agree to indemnify Mapleads against claims arising from their use of the platform, including fraud, intellectual property infringement, or violation of applicable laws.

14. Termination

  • Mapleads may suspend or terminate accounts for:
    • Violation of these Terms.
    • Fraudulent activities.
    • Non-compliance with applicable laws.
  • Users may terminate their account by providing written notice to Mapleads.

15. Amendments

Mapleads reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or published on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law
